Job summary

AMIRI is seeking an organized Operations Supervisor for its Sawgrass Mills retail store. You will oversee inventory, receiving, and stockroom organization while coordinating with store management to ensure accurate BOH processes and efficient daily operations.

The role requires attention to detail, 2+ years in retail, ability to lift heavy objects, and a team-oriented mindset. This position offers hourly pay with full health benefits, 401(k) matching, and vacation not accrued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years in a similar retail role with inventory responsibilities.
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping ability.
• Ability to lift/move heavy objects and work standing for extended periods.
• Familiarity with inventory software or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments and verify against invoices or manifests.
• Monitor inventory levels, perform regular stock counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Pick, pack, and ship orders as needed to support sales.
• Keep stockroom organized, clean, and safe, upholding safety protocols.
• Assist sales team with product location and inquiries.
• Collaborate with teammates and management to ensure efficient operations.
• Follow company policies and procedures for inventory and safety.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as a keyholder.
