Qualifications

Six months of prior work experience with Walgreens or one year in retail.
Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi task and execute.

Responsibilities

Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices for the store including front end and pharmacy.
Support pharmacy inventory management: receiving, counting, ordering, and returns.
Champion On-Shelf Availability and manage pricing, returns, and inventory processes.
Open/close the store in the absence of management with cash handling responsibilities.
Engage customers, resolve issues, and deliver a positive experience.
Coach team on warehouse and vendor inventory processes and order handling.
Verify pharmacy shipments and postings; manage recalls and vendor returns.
Complete pricing changes and ensure accurate signage.
