Job summary

Walgreens is seeking an Inventory Specialist to execute and monitor store and pharmacy inventory processes, including receiving, counting, ordering, pricing, returns, and planogram validation.

You will review reports, safeguard assets, and ensure accurate on-hand balances while supporting price changes and the pickup program. Fluency in English, attention to detail, and flexible scheduling are required.

Qualifications

• Six months of prior work experience with Walgreens (internal) or one year in retail.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Experience identifying operational issues and resolving problems.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor inventory management for store and pharmacy.
• Review reports and systems to ensure accurate on-hand balances and pricing.
• Maintain front end and pharmacy asset protection and handle returns/shortages.
• Open and close the store as needed, including cash handling and POS duties.
