Job summary

The position focuses on reconciling data across ServiceTitan and WMS, analyzing variances, and building efficient dashboards.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables.
• High attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Basic understanding of inventory processes or accounting principles.
• Comfortable with large datasets and trend analysis.
• Organized with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Eager to learn and grow in data analytics and operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile inventory data across systems, including ServiceTitan and WMS.
• Prepare and analyze daily, monthly, and quarterly inventory reports.
• Perform variance analysis, identify discrepancies, and process adjustments.
• Support cycle counts and year-end inventory reporting.
• Investigate differences between physical inventory and system records, providing root cause insights.
• Build, maintain, and improve Excel‑based tools and reporting dashboards.
• Support SKU cleanup and data integrity initiatives, including documentation of processes.
• Partner with operations and purchasing teams to improve accuracy and efficiency.
