This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants hands‑on experience in data analytics, inventory management, and operational reporting, with room to grow.

Location & Work Authorization

• This role requires in‑office work in Brea, CA. No relocation offered.
• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; we do not sponsor or transfer employment visas.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile inventory data across systems, including ServiceTitan and WMS
• Prepare and analyze daily, monthly, and quarterly inventory reports
• Perform variance analysis, identify discrepancies, and process adjustments
• Support cycle counts and year‑end inventory reporting
• Investigate differences between physical inventory and system records, providing root‑cause insights and solutions
• Build, maintain, and improve Excel‑based tools and reporting dashboards
• Support SKU cleanup and data integrity initiatives, including documentation of processes
• Partner with operations and purchasing teams to improve accuracy and efficiency
