Job summary

You will perform cycle counts, verify item locations, label and store items, use RF scanners, and collaborate with sales, purchasing, and operations to ensure smooth inventory flow. Experience with ERP and Microsoft Office is expected.

Qualifications

• High School degree required.
• Prior inventory control or supply chain experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to learn ERP.
• Able to operate or learn to operate material handling equipment (high-reach, order picker, scissor-lift) and RF scan gun.
• Data entry and recordkeeping to maintain inventory records.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensure inventory counts are completed regularly and timely.
• Conduct cycle counts and record discrepancies.
• Maintain item location accuracy and proper storage.
• Label and store items in designated locations.
• Perform area sweeps for proper storage.
• Investigate discrepancies and communicate issues promptly.
• Operate or learn to operate RF scan gun and material handling equipment.
• Data entry and recordkeeping in ERP/inventory system.
• Collaborate with sales, purchasing, and operations to ensure smooth flow.
• Prepare and distribute management reports.
