Qualifikationen

• Six months of prior work experience with Walgreens or retail experience is preferred.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi task.
• Experience identifying operational issues and proposing solutions.

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices and SOPs for the entire store, including front end and pharmacy; support inventory management activities (receiving, counting, ordering, returns).
• Manage on-shelf availability, receiving, counting, pricing, returns, and all in-store inventory processes; validate planograms.
• Review and coordinate use of reports and systems affecting on-hand balances and pricing for front end and pharmacy.
• Execute and maintain front end and pharmacy asset protection techniques and file vendor overage/shortage/damage claims.
• Open/close duties in designated stores as needed, including cash handling and cashier responsibilities, ensuring readiness for business day.
