Job summary

Knitwell Group is seeking a Stock Associate to help oversee store operations at Tyson’s Corner in VA. You will manage shipments, move products from stockroom to sales floor, and ensure the stockroom, sales floor, and desk stay organized and stocked.

You’ll greet customers and set a positive tone for shopping experiences with attention to detail and strong service. Responsibilities include stocking, processing shipments, displaying merchandise, and maintaining inventory and price accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and listen to their needs to create excellent customer experiences.
• Uphold visual and operational standards while focusing on the customer.
• Process shipments and stock the sales floor; organize merchandise and supplies.
• Display new merchandise on the sales floor in a timely and accurate fashion.
• Manage inventory accuracy, price accuracy, and product stock levels.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by store leaders.
