Job summary

Compass Water Solutions, a CECO Environmental brand, is seeking an Inventory & Materials Specialist to maintain accurate inventory records, support manufacturing operations, and ensure timely ERP transactions. The role emphasizes cycle counting, lean practices, and safe warehouse operations in a dynamic industrial setting.

The position requires 3–5 years in inventory control within manufacturing, D365 proficiency, and forklift certification.

Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years of inventory control experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 for inventory management and transactions.
Working knowledge of cycle counting and lean manufacturing principles.
Ability to safely operate forklifts and maintain certifications as required.

Responsibilities

Perform routine inventory identification, verification, and cycle counting.
Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular monitoring and reconciliation.
Enter and maintain inventory data in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
Process work orders, pick lists, and inventory transactions in support of manufacturing operations.
Pull, stage, and kit materials for manufacturing work orders.
Replenish inventory using Kanban or other replenishment systems.
Monitor and report physical inventory count data to support cycle counting.
