Job summary

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 2–4 years of materials experience, forklift certification, a valid license, and a strong safety and teamwork mindset. This full-time role supports day and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-4 years of material handling experience in manufacturing/warehouse environments.
• Forklift certification required prior to operation.
• Strong understanding of inventory control and material flow.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read work orders and follow procedures.
• Focus on safety, organization and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Move, load, and transport materials between storage, production areas and loading docks.
• Read work orders to determine material needs and priorities.
• Monitor inventory levels and keep storage areas organized and safe.
• Maintain inventory records manually or in computer systems.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment per safety guidelines.
• Create work instructions and train junior material handlers.
• Coordinate material flow to support production schedules.
