Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher operating company, seeks an Operations Support Specialist in Reagent Manufacturing in Chaska, MN. You will manage material flow, coordinate procurement, and ensure regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment.

On-site role reporting to the Supervisor of Reagent Operations, with collaboration across cross-functional teams and a focus on quality and continuous improvement. Eligible for bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED with 4+ years of experience or Associate Degree with 2+ years of experience or Bachelor’s Degree with 0+ years of relevant experience
• Operated in an administrative position, supporting process flow
• Regulated industry experience preferred (e.g. FDA, ISO) and GLP experience would be a plus

Responsibilities

• Execute across procurement, inventory and material management, equipment lifecycle management, and administrative processes such as document control
• Assure compliance with FDA Quality System Regulations (QSR), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and ISO regulatory requirements
• Apply basic analytical skills and work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and emphasize quality
