Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Senior Operations leader for the Chaska, MN reagent manufacturing site. You will drive safety, quality, and financial performance while shaping a culture of continuous improvement and professional development for a high-performing team.

The role requires deep GMP experience, Six Sigma expertise, and a proven ability to lead through change in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline (Engineering, e.g., Biomedical, Chemical, Industrial).
10+ years of experience managing people in GMP environments with compliance culture.
10+ years in immunoassay manufacturing; experience in PSI/SOP processes.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership for site operations, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, productivity and financial performance.
Build and retain high-performing teams with accountability and inclusion.
Drive Lean and continuous improvement using data-driven decision making.
Lead annual operating and capital budgeting, manage labor and expenses to meet commitments.
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders across Operations, Materials, Quality, Engineering, and EHS.
Provide guidance for complex product, process and manufacturing investigations with regulatory compliance.
Shape and execute long-term device manufacturing vision for growth and scalability.
