Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics in Chaska, MN is seeking an entry to mid-level administrative professional to support reagent operations. The role encompasses procurement, inventory control, equipment lifecycle management and document control in a on-site setting.

This position reports to the Supervisor of Reagent Operations and is part of Reagent Operations department located in Chaska, MN, and will be on-site.

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To

• Execute across key operational domains, including procurement, inventory and material management, equipment lifecycle management, and administrative processes such as document control.
• Assure compliance with FDA Quality System Regulations (QSR), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and ISO regulatory requirements
• Apply basic analytical skills or scientific methods to perform daily tasks Work directly and cooperatively with cross-functional team members to troubleshoot issues and ensure emphasis on quality

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include

• High School degree or GED with 4+ years of experience or Associate Degree with 2+ years of experience or Bachelor's Degree with 0+ years of relevant experience
• Operated in an administrative position, supporting process flow

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in

• A regulated industry preferred (e.g. FDA, ISO).
• Proven track record of good laboratory practices (GLP).
• Supported quality operations by managing inventory, equipment maintenance, and material procurement

The hourly range for this position is: $26-28/hr. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
