Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher company, seeks a Senior Director of Reagent Operations for the Chaska, MN site to lead immunoassay reagent manufacturing. You will drive Lean initiatives, capital planning, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver safe, compliant, and efficient operations.

The role requires a technical Bachelor's degree and 15+ years in manufacturing, including GMP leadership and Lean/ Six Sigma expertise.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and 15+ years of relevant experience.
10+ years of GMP management experience and ensuring compliance.
10+ years in immunoassay manufacturing.
Experience representing manufacturing in PSI/SOP processes.
10+ years driving lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership for site operations ensuring safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and financial performance.
Build, develop, and retain high-performing teams with accountability and inclusion.
Drive operational excellence through Lean, continuous improvement, and data-driven decisions.
Lead annual operating and capital budgeting, manage labor and expenses to meet financial commitments.
Partner with cross-functional leaders to execute priorities and drive performance.
Provide guidance for complex product, process, and manufacturing investigations with regulatory compliance.
Shape and execute long-term device manufacturing vision and scalability.
