Job summary

Infleqtion, Inc. is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead direct and indirect procurement for operations and government contracts.

You will manage sourcing, supplier selection, negotiations, POs, and supplier performance while ensuring FAR/DFARS compliance and audit-ready documentation. You will collaborate with program management, finance, contracts, and operations to drive cost savings, quality, and delivery, leveraging ERP systems and advanced analytics.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, finance, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience considered.
5+ years of progressive procurement, purchasing, subcontract administration, or supply-chain experience, including team or program leadership.
Experience supporting government contracts and maintaining compliance with FAR requirements; DFARS preferred for defense work.
Experience creating and maintaining complete procurement files and associated documentation.
Knowledge of FAR/DFARS subcontract and PO flowdown clauses and audit/documentation requirements.
Experience with supplier management: sourcing, qualification, negotiation, performance management, risk mitigation.
Knowledge of procurement policies, internal controls, delegated authority, and segregation-of-duties.
Ability to conduct market research, analyze total cost and value, negotiate favorable terms, and deliver measurable savings.
Experience with ERP/procurement systems (NetSuite is a plus) and advanced data-analysis tools.
Strong written communication skills for policies, procedures, reports, and audit-ready documentation.
Ability to partner with program management, finance, legal, contracts, quality, engineering, and operations.
