Responsibilities

• Monitor material requirements and track movement between facilities.

• Keep order documentation and tracking updated.
• Approve critical supply logs for storeroom inventory.
• Review product use and coordinate ordering for best pricing.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve inventory issues and ensure timely deliveries.
• Safeguard university assets and adhere to policies.
