ADM in Dawson, GA is seeking an Inventory Coordinator Clerk to manage, track, and organize materials to keep production schedules aligned and inventory accurate. You will coordinate with production planning, contract manufacturers, and 3PLs to ensure timely picking, staging, and delivery of goods.

The role emphasizes improving processes, maintaining ERP transactions, and leading a material handler team while upholding safety and quality standards across the supply chain.

Responsabilités

• Maintain accurate inventory and process ERP transactions for all inventory movement.
• Lead cross-functional teams with contract manufacturers and 3PLs.
• Coordinate with CD&D, Finance, and Operations for item alignment.
• Ensure goods meet quality/food safety and manufacturing requirements.
• Oversee material movement between warehouses, manufacturers, and third parties.
• Reconcile ERP inventory with external providers and manage cycle counts.
• Train and develop material handler team using CCD tools.
• Drive continuous improvement and policy development for contract manufacturing.
