Job summary

LSG Sky Chefs in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking an Inventory / Materials Coordinator to manage on-hand stock and ensure timely, accurate orders. This on-site role requires attention to detail and strong organization to support the Materials department and maintain optimal inventory levels.

The position requires 1–3 years of materials/purchasing/clerical experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Night/weekend shifts may be required.

Responsibilities

• Determine quantity of on-hand inventory.
• Conduct daily/weekly/monthly inventory.
• Determine product overages/stockouts and communicate to manager; assist with reallocation or substitution of product.
• Ensure addresses are up to date in the internal system.
• Assist the Materials department on other projects as needed.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Role Purpose Statement

Responsible for inventory of materials; ensure orders are accurate and complete in a timely manner.

Main Accountabilities

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• One to three years materials, purchasing, and/or clerical experience required
• Strong interpersonal/communication skills
• Must be able to perform in a high stress environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft office programs
• Intermediate math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
• Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
