Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years materials, purchasing, and/or clerical experience required.
• Strong interpersonal/communication skills.
• Must be able to perform in a high stress environment.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• Intermediate math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Determine quantity of on hand inventory.
• Conduct daily/weekly/monthly inventory.
• Determine product overages/stockouts and communicate to manager; assist with reallocation or substitution of product.
• Ensure addresses are up to date in the internal system.
• Assist the Materials department on other projects as needed.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Role Purpose Statement
