Job summary

FALCATA in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Material Control Coordinator II to support production and inventory control on the manufacturing floor. The role focuses on material expediting, accurate cycle counting, and timely returns to stock, interfacing with Manufacturing and Inventory Control managers.

The successful candidate will operate under general supervision, handling parts kitting, storage, and shipping/receiving activities while maintaining adherence to quality standards and security

Qualifications

High School Diploma with 1-2 years of experience.
Good communication skills including interpersonal communication and team communication.
Ability to lift 50 pounds.
Stand/walk and use fine motor skills; reach with hands and arms; adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Parts Kitting - pulling parts from system generated pick list.
Verifying picked parts against manufacturing order requirements.
Cycle Counting - set up cycle counts in ERP, print count sheets, count quantities in ERP.
Reconciling discrepancies in physical vs. System quantities.
Return to Stock - count parts returned and correct discrepancies.
