Job summary

FALCATA is seeking an Experienced Shipping/Receiving Clerk in Huntsville, AL to support production. You will oversee receiving, inventory, and shipping processes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of materials and finished goods.

The role requires a high school diploma and 1+ years in warehouse/shipping; US citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance are required. Proficiency with inventory systems and MS Office is preferred, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in warehouse operations, shipping, receiving.
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain security clearance as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receives materials from vendors, ensures delivery to inventory, and ships finished goods timely.
• Reviews material receipts to confirm open POs and correct quality.
• Maintains security and accountability of materials with inventory control.
• Ensures materials meet production schedules and timely shipping per marketing timelines.
• Establishes and updates operational methods and procedures.
• Maintains documentation reflecting department effectiveness and efficiency.
• Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure efficient operation.
