Job summary

FALCATA seeks a qualified Material Control Coordinator II at our Huntsville, AL facility to support production and inventory control. You will expedite material flow, perform cycle counts, and manage storekeeping and issuing of parts aligned with job orders and schedules.

The role interfaces with Manufacturing Manager and Inventory Control Manager, requiring self-motivation and a solutions-oriented approach under supervision. This position emphasizes on-time delivery and adherence to SOPs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 1-2 years of experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Parts Kitting: verify picked parts against manufacturing order requirements.
• Cycle Counting: set up counts in ERP and reconcile quantities.
• Return to Stock: count and place parts into storerooms.
• Part Storage/Issuance: package, label, and issue parts to projects/orders; plan delivery sequences.
• Shipping/Receiving: process incoming/outgoing material and identify non-conforming items.
