Job summary

LanceSoft is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator for our Bohemia, NY location. This role focuses on ensuring accurate receiving, storage, and shipment of goods within a dynamic warehouse environment.

You will track materials, manage schedules, and collaborate across departments to meet production goals. Candidates should be adept with inventory systems, SAP, Excel, and capable of lifting 20–30 lbs and working overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in Sourcing/Procurement or equivalent in manufacturing.
• Direct materials experience, expediting and shortage management preferred.
• Must have valid NY driver’s license and be able to lift 20–30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Research, track and execute product release and shipping activities using inventory systems.
• Manage receipts of in-house manufactured goods per SOPs and verify accuracy.
• Monitor schedules and adjust priorities to meet inventory needs and deadlines.
• Operate warehouse equipment and safely transport materials as required.
• Maintain label control, product identification, and inventory accountability.
