Job summary

Lancesoft seeks a Warehouse Associate in Middletown, CT to unload, receive, and store inventory, and to ensure accurate stock records. The role requires careful handling, data entry, and coordination with site teams.

Training will occur on the 1st shift for two weeks (Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm). The 2nd shift runs Sun-Thu, 2:30pm–11:00pm, with wage range of $34–$36/hour on W2 and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Loading, unloading, picking, packing or moving goods in a warehouse environment.
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, work orders, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency and/or a demonstrated technical aptitude to learn.
• Preferred forklift/cherry picker experience.
• Demonstration of basic mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units).

Responsibilities

• Unloads, receives and puts away incoming product, goods, tools and/or equipment.
• Unpacks bales, crates, and other containers.
• Checks for damage and discrepancies between goods and invoices.
• Accurately sorts, labels, moves and stores items.
• Maintains up-to-date stock records and issues products to site employees.
• Delivers tools or equipment to associate work locations.
• Performs cycle counts and prepares report results.
