Job summary

BLADE is seeking an Inventory Specialist to handle material for assembly, pick parts, deliver parts, and update the inventory system. The role supports production by moving material and ensuring accurate stock levels in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include cycle counting, data entry, and resolving discrepancies while following safety and quality standards. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate common material handling equipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years industry experience preferred.
• Ability to operate tow motor, standup picker and other equipment as needed.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders, bend, kneel, work overhead with arms and sit or stand for several hours at a time.
• Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required per plant rules.

Responsibilities

• Performs stock picking, cycle counting, and point of use stocking tasks using manual and motorized material handling equipment including tow motors and pallet jacks.
• Performs material data transactions on computer terminal.
• Able to look-up and investigate transaction history to resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Ability to clock/claim work orders as they are completed.
• Follows visual and written work instructions in order to complete assigned tasks within set time allotted.
• Adheres to all quality and safety standards.
• Supports other projects and performs duties as assigned.
