Zusammenfassung

BLADE is seeking an Inventory Specialist to manage material for assembly, perform stock picking and cycle counting, and update the inventory system. You will operate tow motors and pallet jacks and ensure accuracy of records and quality standards.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and adherence to safety rules. Prior inventory experience is preferred in a defense-industry context.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years industry experience preferred.
• Ability to operate tow motor, standup picker and other equipment as needed.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders, bend, kneel, work overhead with arms and sit or stand for several hours at a time.
• Ability to wear PPE as required per plant rules.

Aufgaben

• Performs stock picking, cycle counting, and point of use stocking using manual and motorized material handling equipment including tow motors and pallet jacks.
• Performs material data transactions on computer terminal.
• Able to look-up and investigate transaction history to resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Ability to clock/claim work orders as they are completed.
• Follows work instructions to complete tasks within set time allotment.
• Adheres to all quality and safety standards.
• Supports other projects and duties as assigned.

The primary functions of this position is to handle material required for assembly; picking parts, delivering parts, update inventory computer system and move material as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs stock picking, cycle counting, and point of use stocking tasks using manual and motorized material handling equipment including tow motors and pallet jacks
• Performs material data transactions on computer terminal
• Able to look-up and investigate transaction history to resolve inventory discrepancies
• Ability to clock/claim work orders as they are completed
• Follows visual and written work instructions in order to complete assigned tasks within set time allotted
• Adheres to all quality and safety standards
• Supports other projects and performs duties as assigned

Education/Experience/Skills:
