Job summary

Hoehn Plastics, Inc. is seeking dependable Material Handlers to join the Inventory Resources team.

You will pull and stage materials for Blending and Extrusion production, operate material‑handling equipment, and maintain accurate inventory information to ensure production teams have the right materials at the right time. In this full‑time role, you will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow written instructions and procedures.
• Basic math and computer skills for inventory systems.
• Strong attention to detail when identifying, moving, and documenting materials.
• Reliable and punctual attendance.

Responsibilities

• Pull and stage materials according to production needs and procedures.
• Supply Blending and Extrusion with materials to support production.
• Safely transport raw materials, finished materials, and containers.
• Operate forklifts and other material‑handling equipment safely.
• Verify materials, quantities, labels, and locations before movement.
• Utilize internal inventory and production systems for accurate records.
• Complete material transactions and documentation on time.
• Maintain organized storage and staging areas for safety and efficiency.
• Identify shortages or discrepancies and communicate them to the team.
• Coordinate with Inventory Resources, Blending, Extrusion, Grinding, Quality, and others to support needs.
