Job summary

Staffing is seeking a Material Handler to support our manufacturing operations in Texas. You will ensure accurate material handling, inventory control, and timely delivery of components to production lines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include receiving, counting, inspecting, stocking materials, labeling, FIFO, and processing SAP transactions. You will deliver materials to production and shipping areas, prepare material kits, and maintain precise inventory records.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail with a zero-error requirement.
• Experience in material handling within manufacturing/warehouse.
• Ability to read pick lists, work orders and inventory docs.
• Familiarity with inventory processes such as cycle counting, FIFO, bin accuracy, labeling and Min/Max levels.

Responsibilities

• Handle material intake, inventory control and timely delivery to production lines.
• Receive, count, inspect, and stock raw materials with accuracy.
• Label, package, and rotate stock (FIFO) with proper shelf-life management.
• Process pick/order tickets with accuracy and document transactions in SAP.
• Deliver materials to production and shipping areas per standard processes.
• Prepare, configure, and package material kits for production or upgrades.
• Inspect and validate returned materials including warranty checks.
• Maintain bin accuracy and inventory integrity; resolve discrepancies.
• Document all material movements and follow safety protocols.
