Boston Scientific, Marlborough site, is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Inventory Material Control to manage on-site inventory, shipping, receiving, and reporting. You will lead a small team, ensure accurate documentation, and support cross-functional workflows across two divisions.

The role requires 5+ years in logistics, a Bachelor's degree, strong Excel skills, and proven collaboration across functions. This is an on-site, full-time position based at Boston Scientific's Marlborough HQ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in logistics, shipping, distribution or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional collaboration.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilités

• Daily shipping and logistical execution including on-site scrap inventory and order fulfillment.
• Coordinate receipt and delivery of materials across locations and communicate substitutions.
• Ensure shipments are packaged, labeled and documented per work instructions and GTM requirements.
• Support cycle counts, receiving documentation and inventory control activities.
• Develop and communicate operational reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Lead daily team scrums and serve as on-site logistics lead for events.
