Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year or more experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• 0 to 1 year direct supervisory/leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and oversee day to day logistics operations.
• Plan and review all logistics processes with the Logistics Manager to meet standards and customer specs.
• Establish work schedules and coordinate activities of workers for optimal shift logistics.
• Responsible for site KPI and performance progression toward business objectives.
• Mentor staff, provide coaching, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
