Job summary

Jsr Associates in Kentucky is seeking an Inventory Manager to oversee company-wide inventory accounting, physical counts, and costing. This role manages the inventory tracking system across multiple sites and coordinates with operations.

You will analyze receipts, shipments, and product levels, produce transfer orders to balance stock, and report to upper management on inventory metrics and process efficiency. Strong data analysis and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in business, logistics, systems engineering, or supply chain management preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
• Experience working with inventory management software and forecasting strategies.
• Experience conducting tracking and data analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate ability to be flexible, adapt quickly to changes and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong proactive critical thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities
