Job summary

SEW-EURODRIVE in Texas is seeking an Inventory/Logistics Manager responsible for efficient inventory control and smooth flow of parts in/out of the warehouse, following ISO 9002 guidelines. The role includes leading staff, forecasting demand, and managing purchasing and logistics.

A Bachelor’s degree or related certifications are required, with a 10% shift premium for 2nd/3rd shifts. SEW-EURODRIVE provides a comprehensive benefits package starting DAY ONE and offers a robust health plan.

• Lead inventory, production control, clerical and logistics staff; track metrics and resolve inbound delivery issues.
• Forecast demand to meet customer needs while preventing overstock and minimizing carrying costs.
• Manage inbound and outbound logistics, including freight carriers and warehouse operations.
• Oversee purchasing from requisition to payment and ensure accuracy.
• Source, negotiate with and manage suppliers to obtain best cost, quality and lead times.

About the Role Currently this position involves efficient control of all inventory systems and the flow of parts in and out of the warehouse within the guidelines set forth by ISO 9002.

Pay Range: $112,847 - $125,386 annually

Education: Bachelor's Degree and/or related Certifications for this role.

A 10% shift premium is paid for 2nd and 3rd shift positions.
