Job summary

SEW-EURODRIVE in Desoto, TX is seeking an assembler responsible for end-to-end production tasks—inventory setup, parts pulling, assembly, testing, packing and shipping. You will read blueprints, use gauges for quality checks, and perform measurements across multiple units.

The role requires standing for long periods, bending, lifting, and repetitive motion in a fast-paced shop. First shift, with a comprehensive benefits package starting day one, including health coverage and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Ability to use gauges and measuring equipment to ensure quality work.

Responsibilities

• Hand assembly of gear motors, reducers, and adjustable drives; maintain stock between lines.
• Use calipers, depth and paint millage gauges to inspect parts.
• Visually inspect all work and rework as needed.
• Rotate to various jobs within Assembly Shop; perform other tasks as requested.

About the Role

Position involves all aspects of the assembly process including putting up inventory stock, parts pulling, assembling, repair/restock/warranty evaluations, testing and service, wash/prep/paint, packing, shipping/receiving and general clean up. Pay Range: $20.10 per hour Shift: 1st Shift
