Job summary

Lifestyle Outfitters in Michigan is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Associate to join our fast-growing e-commerce team. You will manage daily inventory data, verify listings, and support our prep and shipping processes across marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and Shopify.

The role blends hands-on stock work with tech, requiring strong Excel/Sheets skills, problem solving, and clear communication with purchasing and warehouse colleagues.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong computer and technology skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and web-based software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift and move throughout shift.
• Ability to work a 40-hour week and overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming inventory for accuracy, quality, and condition.
• Upload inventory into our inventory management software and online catalogs.
• Verify product quantities, pricing, and listing accuracy.
• Organize inventory to create efficient workflows for prep and shipping teams.
• Label products with unique inventory identifiers using our system.
• Determine appropriate inventory quantities for shipment or in-house storage.
• Backstock, organize, and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Conduct inventory reviews and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist prep and shipping teams as needed.
• Collaborate with purchasing, prep, and warehouse teams to improve workflow and inventory accuracy.

We take pride in delivering an outstanding customer experience by ensuring we get it right the first time. Our business continues to grow across Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify, and other online marketplaces, and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

This role is best suited for someone who enjoys working with data, technology, problem solving, and being hands-on. It is a fast-paced position requiring someone who is organized, driven, and takes ownership of their work.

You'll spend part of your day working hands-on with inventory and part of your day utilizing technology and inventory management software to ensure products move accurately and efficiently from our warehouse onto Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify, and other online marketplaces.

What You’ll Do

This role is a critical part of our operation and requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and communicates well with the team. You'll also provide valuable inventory insight that helps support purchasing decisions. Good communication skills are essential.

Our team currently processes 300-800+ units daily, and your work directly impacts inventory accuracy, shipping efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
