Job summary

Lifestyle Outfitters LLC is seeking detail‑oriented individuals for our Warehouse Operations Team. You will manage inventory accuracy and data entry across platforms and collaborate with purchasing, prep, and warehouse teams to keep products moving to Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify, and more.

You will spend part of your day verifying quantities and listing details, and part of it using inventory management software to ensure efficient workflows.

• Comfortable using Excel, Sheets and web-based software.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming inventory for accuracy, quality and condition.
• Upload inventory into our software and online catalogs.
• Verify product quantities, pricing and listing accuracy.
• Organize inventory to support efficient prep and shipping workflows.
• Label products with unique identifiers in the system.
• Determine quantities for shipment or in‑house storage.
• Backstock and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Conduct inventory reviews and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist prep and shipping teams as needed.
• Collaborate with purchasing, prep and warehouse teams to improve workflow.
