The role includes preparing new hire setups, reclaiming assets at departures, and providing essential support during events and transitions. Responsibilities emphasize autonomy, prioritization, and reliable task execution with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Two years in inventory control in a large organization or equivalent.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily workflow in inventory, mail, and supply operations.
• Assemble welcome bags, prepare nameplates, and manage new hires equipment.
• Reclaim assets from departing employees and re-stock the Supply Room.
• Track stock levels, perform counts, and organize storage areas.
• Assist with event setups, office moves, and inter-office communications.
• Handle mail, packages, and verify shipments against requests.
• Monitor printers and basic office equipment; report issues to supervisor.
• Provide professional, courteous service to staff and VIPs.
