16th Judicial Circuit in Missouri seeks a courier to provide pickup and delivery service of mail, supplies, equipment, and other items to court facilities and local vendors. You will support warehouse operations, load and unload items, and assist with room setup and AV equipment.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, at least one year of warehouse experience, and a valid class E driver's license. Excellent customer service and ability to lift up to 100 pounds are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year of warehouse experience preferred, including at least two of: handling, inventory control, and order entry.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to follow instructions.

Responsabilités

• Make routine and non-routine pickups and deliveries of mail, supplies, equipment, and other items to court facilities, vendors and local businesses.
• Drive court van, load/unload items, and use hand truck as needed.
• Fill orders from requisitions and attach requisitions.
• Receive diversified supplies and equipment.
• Inspect items for conformance to orders.
• Operate computerized inventory system for materials received.
• Sort and deliver inbound mail, process outbound mail for pickup.
• Prepare meeting rooms and set up audio-visual equipment and furniture.
• Perform other duties as required.
