The 16th Judicial Circuit of Missouri is seeking a non-exempt courier to provide pickup and delivery of mail, supplies, equipment, and other items. Responsibilities include loading a court van, assisting in warehouse duties, and ensuring items meet orders while maintaining inventory systems.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and at least one year in warehouse work. A valid class E driver’s license and background screenings are required.

To provide pickup and delivery service of mail, supplies, equipment and various other items and assist in warehouse functions.
The chief financial officer is the appointing authority. The courier receives direct supervision by the warehouse supervisor.

Knowledge of local area addresses in order to locate businesses. Knowledge of and ability to operate personal computer. Ability to operate a cargo van in a safe and prudent manner in year-round weather conditions. Ability to follow oral and written instructions. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to physically access buildings and businesses, which may require climbing stairs. Ability to make accurate arithmetical calculations. Ability to read handwritten, or small printed words/numbers rapidly, and accurately. Ability to lift/push/pull 100 pounds, and ability to carry 70 pounds.
(Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis, provided a high school diploma or GED has been obtained.)
High School diploma or equivalent plus one year of warehouse experience, which should include at least two of the following: material handling, inventory control, and order entry.
Must possess and maintain a valid class E driver’s license from state of residence and provide proof of such.
