Job summary

BI Incorporated in Boulder, Colorado is seeking an Inventory Supervisor to coordinate inventory, logistics, planning and procedures to ensure accurate material flow and on-time production support.

You will lead a cross-functional team, apply data analytics to improve processes, and partner with leadership to meet performance targets. APICS certification and lean experience are preferred; forklift operation may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum five years in materials management.
• Supervisory experience preferred; APICS certification preferred.
• Experience with MRP systems (Syteline or similar).
• Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inventory, logistics, product services, and planning to ensure material flow.
• Develop and monitor metrics for process efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with department managers to hire, train, and develop teams.
• Ensure cross-training for redeployment during changing demand.
• Prepare analytics and reports to support leadership decisions.
