Job summary

Pilot Water Solutions is seeking an Inventory Supervisor to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory control, and asset records at our Texas facilities. You will supervise warehouse personnel, coordinate receiving, storage, picking, shipping, and cycle counts to support Operations and Capital Projects.

Based in Pyote, TX, this role requires hands-on leadership, strong organizational skills, and the ability to travel between Wink and Felix locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of PVF, automation components, and electrical supplies.
• Experience with NetSuite or a comparable inventory management system.
• Ability to travel between Wink and Felix locations as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability for company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse personnel and daily activities (receiving, storage, picking, shipping, cycle counts).
• Manage inventory transactions and records using NetSuite and other tracking systems.
• Coordinate material deliveries, asset transfers, repairs, and vendor communications.
• Audit orders for accuracy and quality; conduct counts and address discrepancies.
• Submit purchase requisitions/PO requests and coordinate replenishment with Procurement.
• Train, coach, and develop staff; enforce safety policies and attendance.
