Job summary

Pilot Water Solutions is hiring an Inventory Supervisor to oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, inventory control, and asset management at our Texas locations. You will supervise staff, manage transactions in NetSuite, and ensure accurate records while coordinating with Procurement and Operations.

This is a fast-paced role requiring leadership and adherence to safety standards. The position reports to the Supply Chain Manager and offers salary commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Basic understanding of PVF, automation components, and electrical supplies.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics.
• Experience using NetSuite or a comparable inventory management system; proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse personnel and assign daily work activities (receiving, storage, picking, shipping, cycle counting, housekeeping).
• Use NetSuite and tracking systems to manage daily workload, transactions, and records.
• Oversee critical assets: tagging, storage, condition, and availability; maintain movement logs for transfers.
• Verify incoming/outgoing materials for accuracy; audit picked orders; travel to supplier facilities as needed.
• Monitor inventory levels, perform cycle counts and physical inventories, coordinate replenishment with Procurement.
• Submit purchase requisitions for non-critical materials; coordinate with Procurement.
• Coordinate asset repair requests with vendors and track status.
• Arrange logistics for deliveries, transfers, repairs, and returns; maintain vendor relationships.
• Track and report warehouse performance metrics (inventory accuracy, receiving/shipping, asset movements).
• Collaborate with Procurement, Operations, and Capital Projects; communicate issues to leadership.
• Train and develop warehouse staff; manage timesheets and support hiring and disciplinary actions.
• Enforce safety, procedures, and inspections; ensure equipment is operated safely.
• Operate warehouse equipment as needed.
• Participate in other duties as needed.
