Job summary

Pilot Water Solutions seeks a Contract Material Handler based in Pyote/Felix Yard, TX. You will move, track and ship materials, coordinate receiving, and support warehouse operations while maintaining strong vendor and staff relationships.

You will log transactions in NetSuite, manage stock levels, and assist with inventory controls. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and travel between Wink and Felix Man Map locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stock levels, reorder points, and proper storage and disposal per regulations.
• Travel to Wink facility and Felix Man Map location as needed.
• Submit timesheets on schedule and assist with other duties as needed.

Job description

The contract Material Handler is responsible for moving and tracking equipment, parts and tools for the warehouse. This individual will also collaborate with staff to coordinate the shipping and receiving of materials within the facilities. The Material Handler is a key member of the warehouse team and will build and maintain strong relationships with internal members and vendors. Thisposition is based in Pyote, Texas at the Felix Yard warehouse and reports to the Inventory Supervisor.

Coordinates internal customer requests on a timely manner utilizing the warehouse management system (NetSuite).

Distribute parts to operators or other field personnel, document withdrawals, and ensure every transaction is logged accordingly to maintain traceability and cost accuracy.

Prepares orders by following processes and procedures to ensure accurate and timely delivery.

Operates various types of warehouse equipment; loads and offload all incoming/outgoing shipments.

Loads/Blocks/Braces and/or heats shrink product for shipment.

Tracks orders, resolve shipping issues, schedule deliveries, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.

Performs cycle counts and assist with the resolution of inventory issues.

Ensures quality and accuracy of ordered supplies, products, materials and equipment

Handle defective or warranty covered-covered parts by preparing return shipments, tracking vendor repairs, and ensuring repaired items are returned and restocked promptly.

Maintain accurate stock levels, set reorder points, and prevent shortages that could delay repairs or production.

Ensure proper storage, labeling, and disposal in compliance with environmental and safety regulations.

Communicates with supervisor and necessary stakeholders to resolve issues in a timely manner.

Performs routine housekeeping and maintenance of warehouse.

Completes all necessary daily tasks/checklists as required by supervisor.

Complies with all Company policies and procedures; adheres and is compliant to safety and environmental guidelines.

Submits own timesheets timely and accurately for approval and adheres to schedule as agreed upon on the date of hire, and adjusted work schedules thereafter based on company needs.

Assist with other duties as assigned based on company needs.

Minimum Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent such as a GED

Must be 18 years of age.

Strong customer service, organizational and problem-solving skills to identify and understand issues.

Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Professional, tactful, and discrete when handling sensitive and confidential information.

Must have a valid driver's license and be deemed insurable by the Company's insurance provider throughout employment to be able to drive a Company vehicle.

Able to travel from Wink location and the Felix Man Map location as needed.

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
