Job summary

Catalina Foothills School District is seeking a Warehouse and Inventory Control Specialist at Catalina Foothills High School. This role oversees incoming shipments, verifies deliveries against POs, and maintains meticulous inventory records and asset data to support district operations.

The position is non-exempt, 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday, with eligibility for a full benefits package. Start date is ASAP and pay ranges from $19.33 to $20.52 per hour, DOE.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED.
• Experience: At least 1 year in a centralized warehouse or receiving environment.
• Driver's License: Valid Arizona Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Fingerprint Card: Ability to obtain Level I - IVPP Fingerprint Clearance card.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift objects exceeding 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Logistics & Receiving: Oversee shipments and verify deliveries against purchase orders.
• Inventory Management: Lead physical inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
• Fixed Asset Oversight: Manage lifecycle of district assets and tag equipment.
• Reporting & Data Integrity: Generate routine reports and ensure inventory systems are current.
• Operational Support: Backup to District Courier and assist with workload across sites.
