Job summary

Health & Human Services Comm in Texas is seeking a Warehouse Specialist I at the Terrell State Hospital location. The role involves ensuring supplies for daily living are stocked and delivered to state facilities, under the supervision of a Warehouse Supervisor.

Training includes use of multiple computer systems and lifting equipment. Regular hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with opportunities for growth within Supply Services across Texas.

Qualifications

• Graduation from accredited high school or GED.
• Experience in warehouse, inventory management or similar.
• Experience with forklift or material handling equipment preferred.
• Ability to operate inventory control software.
• Valid Class C Driver's License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend regular, predictable schedule and perform duties.
• Process picking tickets and load carts for delivery.
• Load/unload stock using lifting equipment and deliver to units.
• Enter data into inventory and CAPPS systems.
• Participate in COOP and other duties.
