Job summary

Imperative Logistics is seeking a warehouse associate to ensure accurate receiving and shipping, operate a forklift, and manage pallet labeling and scans. You will verify pallets, count stock, and maintain accurate records to support efficient warehouse operations.

The role requires basic math, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate in English and Spanish. Candidates should be prepared for physical work, shifting schedules, and teamwork to meet daily packing and shipment goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Forklift certification preferred and experience operating an order picker.
• Experience with inventory control, shipping/receiving procedures.

Responsibilities

• Identify location and verify pallets and supplier codes.
• Print scan reports and compare with packing lists.
• Scan barcodes and update master labels on pallets.
• Assist in inventory counts and warehouse organization.
• Maintain clean, safe, and orderly work area.
• Follow safety policies and cooperate with team leads.
