Job summary

Varstaff Staffing is seeking an Inventory Associate - C at our Orlando, FL facility. In this role you will handle incoming shipments, manage inventory, and operate heavy material-handling equipment to keep records accurate and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

You will work across receiving, counting, put-away, picking, and shipping tasks while adhering to strict SOPs and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Fulfillment Center Operations with receiving and inventory functions.
• Experience counting inventory, receiving, packing, put-away, picking, or shipping.
• Proven experience operating heavy equipment (PIT) and forklifts.
• Strong analytical skills to collect data and maintain data accuracy.
• Must meet PPE and safety protocols and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming shipments and verify against SOPs.
• Manage inventory records in the inventory management system.
• Operate heavy material-handling equipment (pits, forklifts).
• Maintain accurate records and perform regular cycle counts.
• Support root-cause analysis and drive continuous improvement while upholding safety.
