Job summary

Unusual Machines, a U.S.-based drone and drone parts company, is expanding into enterprise and defense while maintaining a strong U.S.-based manufacturing footprint. The Inventory Specialist role focuses on maintaining accuracy across warehouse, production, and fulfillment, and involves ERP/WMS transactions with NetSuite and SkuVault, cycle counts, and variance reconciliation.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of inventory, warehouse, or supply chain experience.
  • Experience with ERP/WMS systems preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting.
  • Manufacturing, electronics, or fulfillment experience preferred.
  • Forklift certification or warehouse equipment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain inventory accuracy across warehouse, production, and fulfillment locations.

What You’ll Do

Maintain inventory accuracy across warehouse, production, and fulfillment locations

•Execute daily inventory transactions within ERP/WMS systems including NetSuite and SkuVault

What You Bring

•2+ years of inventory, warehouse, or supply chain experience

Compensation $55,000 - $62,000 annually
