You will manage material flow, maintain reconciliations between Kojo and Foundation, and support purchasing and AP tasks to keep warehouse and accounting aligned.

Responsibilities

• Complete Receiving Process through various company systems.
• Maintain accuracy between Kojo and Foundation.
• Coordinate linking of Purchase Orders with AP Specialist.
• Be proficient in Excel and produce reports as needed.
• Coordinate material/tool/equipment inventory within various systems.
• Enter and manage warehouse inventory data for Service Dept.
• Produce and distribute weekly reporting for WHSE Associates.
• Support Supply & Warehouse Manager as needed.
• Back-up to Accounting Specialist with AP/AR/CC reconciliations.
• Communicate with Vendors to process material orders.
• Manage office supply inventory and purchasing for both buildings.
• Be punctual and comply with PTO policies.
