Job summary

AVI-SPL, Inc. is seeking a warehouse/inventory associate responsible for entering, tracking, and analyzing product materials and acting as the central contact for shipping, receiving, and inventory control.

The role supports daily distribution, report processing, and maintains accurate inventory records. You will handle equipment/product receipts, manage warehouse functions, and coordinate maintenance of equipment while ensuring clear communication with customers and vendors.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with warehouse receiving, shipping, and inventory control.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Ability to communicate clearly with staff and vendors.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Enter and track all product materials; serve as point of contact for warehouse shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Support daily distribution and processing of reports and correspondence.
• Maintain and update equipment and product tracking log.
• Manage electronic receipts of equipment/product on arrival.
• Oversee warehouse functions including shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Enter receiving purchase order information and virtual shipments.
