Job summary

AVI-SPL is seeking a warehouse inventory professional to enter, track and analyze product and materials to support shipping, receiving and inventory control. You will maintain and update tracking logs, manage electronic receipts, coordinate warehouse functions and assist customers and vendors as needed.

Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience required. Responsibilities include data entry for receiving PO and virtual shipments, maintaining inventory documentation, and forklift certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of Warehouse or inventory experience.
• Experience with UPS, FedEx shipping, tracking and receiving. International shipping experience is preferred.
• Must be able to pass and complete internal forklift certification.
• Valid Driver's License and a Motor Vehicle Record that meets AVI-SPL Driving Privileges standards.

Responsibilities

• Enter all receiving purchase order information and virtual shipments.
• Maintain and update equipment and product tracking log.
• Manage all electronic receipts of equipment/product when it arrives.
• Maintain accurate inventory and documentation for all assigned inventory.
• Responsible for pulling inventory for order prep, pre-fabrication, and staging on project pallets.
• Coordinate and manage the maintenance of equipment.
• Answer all incoming calls and email queries; assisting customers, clients and related vendors as needed.
• Other duties assigned as needed.
